This April, why not come home to Unity Village, Missouri, for Lyceum 2015?
It’s the eighth year for this springtime event, presented April 9–11 by Unity Institute® and Seminary (UI). If the previous seven years are a gauge, you’ll be challenged and inspired by the visiting luminaries, UI faculty, and ministerial students. They’ll present papers and engage in a variety of discussions, with the goal of generating an enthusiastic, openhearted dialogue.
The 2015 theme is “The New Contemplative: Exploring the Contemplative Movement for the 21st Century.” Kicking off the weekend at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 9, is noted author and keynote speaker on the mystics, Mirabai Starr. You can get a glimpse into the soul of this remarkable woman and her lifelong passion for heart-centered spirituality by reading her recent conversation with Unity Magazine® editor Katy Koontz. Friday night’s featured speaker is beloved Unity author and UI faculty member, Rev Robert Brumet. Need I say more? Robert will speak on Unity and the New Contemplative.
Lyceum 2015 is open to all who would like to attend, whether for the entire weekend, or just the keynotes. Full registration ($299) includes admission to all presentations and meals. Single keynote tickets are $20 in advance. To register, or for more information, including Lyceum papers from previous years, visit the Lyceum website.
